Perfect 2 bedroom apartment near Liverpool street

We stayed 2 nights. The place was clean and a very lovely apartment. Warm and cosy. Central and lots of restaurants around, easy access to places Kitchen facilities, toilet, room, all excellent . The view from the apartment was memorable for me and my family Bed was comfy For a family of 6, it was good!

I was not comfortable with the method for collection of the key..Especially for a family with children! You have to walk 8 minutes away to get your keys and also drop it off. Coming from a far distance and doing all that is tiring. We got in at night and walking to get keys was frustrating There were mosquitoes in the lounge . I saw them. I and my children had mosquitoes bites spots on our face and hands. On booking.com, checking out is latest 11am. I also reminded the host when on the document they sent it was written as 10am. We planned to leave latest 10:45 because of our trains. As at 10:20, the cleaner had come and was standing at the door so we could leave. That was not good and pressuring. A breach of agreement.
