The location, the size of all the rooms, the comfy beds, quiet at night with the windows shut.
One of the windows had a handle broken as was one of the blinds. The rooms were very hot too. The communal landing light outside the apartment didn't seem to work.

Fantastic location.
Lift was out of order and the apartment is on the 5th Floor with 88 steps.
