We had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it! It was incredibly clean, tidy, and exactly as described. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including three fans and two bathrooms, which was extremely convenient. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—it stays shaded for most of the day, making it the perfect spot to relax in the warm weather and very useful for drying laundry. Location & Transport: The location is fantastic and very quiet. It is super close to Hoxton Overground station. From there, it's just two stops to the Elizabeth line (which crosses the city from end to end), as well as the Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines, making it easy to get almost anywhere. Shoreditch is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can also catch the Underground (Zone 1). Tip: Traffic can get quite heavy with many traffic lights, so we highly recommend taking the train over buses. Important Tips for Guests: For Taxi/Uber Drivers: The exact address can be a bit tricky for drivers to find. It is much better to put "Hoxton Hall" in the GPS, and they will bring you right to the correct spot. Building Exits: The building has a lift and features two different exits—one leading towards the Overground and the other towards Hoxton Street (towards Shoreditch). This was incredibly convenient depending on which way we wanted to go. Host Communication: We rarely needed to contact the host, but whenever we did, the response was lightning-fast, whether through WhatsApp or directly via Booking. Everything! Great amenities, cleanliness, quiet area, dual exits, and an amazing host. Bottom line: A super recommended apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was equipped with everything you may need, including coffee capsules, sugar and milk. It was perfectly clean and in a very quiet location, apart from the busy streets around. The terrace is definitely a plus, where to have breakfast in the morning or hang out in the evening

Maybe a shower instead of 2 bathtubs would have been better. A handle on the wall would be helpful, especially for elderly people, for whom the bathtub walls were quite high.
