Superb location, exceptionally clean, everything you needed was in the apartment. The host was quick to respond with any questions. You are immersed in the city's culture, it's right on your doorstep.

Stairs very narrow and steep making it awkward with cases but I am sure this is pretty normal when in the old town.

We had an exceptional 3 night stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better apartment or host. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Palermo and just steps from Teatro Massimo, with an incredible selection of restaurants, bars and everything you could want right on the doorstep. Despite being so central and right in the middle of the action, the apartment was peaceful and quiet at night, which was perfect after busy days exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed and more, including a well equipped kitchen, coffee machine, great air conditioning and a Smart TV, which was a particularly nice touch when we wanted to relax and stream something after a long day sightseeing. But what really made the stay stand out was the host. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and was always available whenever we needed anything. He also provided a fantastic and very comprehensive guide to Palermo, including the main sights and attractions as well as recommendations for restaurants and bars. His local knowledge made exploring the city so much easier. It’s rare to find an apartment that gets location, comfort, cleanliness and hospitality all right, but this one genuinely does. We felt very comfortable here and really enjoyed coming back to the apartment each day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. We’d happily book this apartment again!
