Such a cosy cabin, so peaceful and tranquil. The hens were an added bonus they came up to us whilst we were sitting on the porch playing board games whilst the sun was shining and birds were tweeting, such a relaxing experience.
Nothing. It was perfect!

Absolutely beautifully presented lodge , immaculately clean , the hosts left a welcome pack , cheese scones , lemon drizzle cake , butter wine and tea coffee and sugar plus milk which I thought was fabulous! The lodge had literally everything you could need for an extremely comfortable stay, the location was perfect 👌 really quiet but a short drive from town .
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t love about the lodge!

Clean, well appointed, lovely view of the paddock and conveniently located for touring.
The owners are aware that there is road noise from the A1. Had we stayed where we stayed last year, we would have also heard the constant swishing of the waves on a beach: same sound.
