Location easy to find on a housing estate and very quiet. Parking (driveway) is good. Garden has plenty of socialising space and is clean and very floral, but the seating on the photo was not available? A ‘welcome pack’ was 4 cheese scones. Kitchen is new - light and open plan. Large table by 2 sets of patio doors, very light and airy. Hard floors clean with lovely carpet mats. Sofas were okay - only the brown one was large and comfy. Beds were soft and comfy - very clean. Both rooms had hairdryers supplied. Both rooms had air conditioning blowers (no heat). A log burning fire available for colder days - with wood provided.

Bedroom 2 has nowhere to put anything. Okay for a very short stay, as no shelves or surfaces to put personal things on. Bed has wooden frame so you bang your feet and easily walk into it (ouch) when squeezing along between the bed and the wall. Kitchen is new but no washer, no instructions for the dishwasher (and no tablets). Oven is new but nowhere to put hot oven trays!! Had to use the drainer. Sofas in very small space, sideways on to TV. Only one sofa is comfy. If we had stayed longer we would have rearranged the furniture. No TV in 2 of 3 bedrooms, only one was with bunk beds. Small shower room has nowhere to put things… no decent shelves. Heating never came on once - just about warm enough but towels didn’t dry. Larger Shower room was spacious but the new shower had no instructions and isn’t easy to start unless you find a button on the edge of the left tap which then starts the water! Bedside units in room 2 very small, tiny drawers (the only drawers in the room)… which were too far back from the bed and had to be pulled forward. A very low light in bedroom 2 - with a 4’11” high mirror at the far end from the window. Unable to see much in the dark area of the room. Mirrors in both large rooms are far too low on the wall. Needs more surfaces to put things down. Not much storage in bedroom 3 with bunk beds. The waste disposal idea of separate bins in the kitchen is impractical when reaching over them to use the dustbin behind, for rubbish. The electric hob works fine - it’s just one of those that turns itself off all the time so sometimes food stops cooking.
