Good location - just off the A1 but far enough no real noise problem.

The cottage was lovely, had most things needed
There were no refresh towels so for 5 days sane towels was not so good. The cottage is a little tired in some places, needs a little redecoration. The road (if you want to call it that) was full of pot holes and not good for the cars, we had two cars and it took about five minutes for the neighbour to moan and ask us to move one of the cars as only enough parking for one car!!

Spacious property with plenty of outdoor space too.
Oil tank odour inside the property. This was reported as we suspected a carbon monoxide leak. We were assured that there was no gas supply to the property.
