A fashionable staircase leads to the first floor where there is a beautiful interior terrace overlooking the living room, with billiard table, treadmill, table football and home gym; a double bedroom and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and television. Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week. Any surplus will be charged.
