• No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the house.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!

House was beautiful and had enough space for a large group. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. The pool was fantastic, but could have been cleaner at the start of our stay. The pickleball court was a great addition, we enjoyed a fun family tournament. We also appreciated the lake toys (kayaks/paddle board). We loved the residential area, it was so quiet and calm. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

Took a small vacation after my son got married. Great space. Loved the pickleball court and other amenities. I wasn't aware we would need to share the pool until a few days before check in. That was a bit of a bummer but turns out the Lodge rental only overlapped ours by a few days.

This was our first time at a Lake Norman house and it was great. The location on the lake was perfect. The pool was wonderful. My son in law enjoyed fishing every morning and evening. Never caught anything but he tried! We rented a pontoon one afternoon which all enjoyed. We visited the state park. We dined at Neighbors 828…food was delicious! We have a few suggestions…luggage racks in bedrooms, step stool and dust buster in kitchen. Other than that we were most pleased! Thanks!
