• No Garage Parking - Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
• Signed Lease Required - To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required. A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
• No Events or Weddings - We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
• Security Notice - Your safety matters. For your peace of mind, there is a Ring doorbell camera located in the driveway of the house.
• Dog-Friendly with Fee - Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
• Boat Dock Info - Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.

Everything was better than we could have imagined. The house was great! There was more than enough space and things to do for our large family.We have never stayed any place with such a well stocked kitchen! The communication with the property manger was excellent! They were very attentive to any questions we had. And when the coffee maker stopped working they came with a new one within1 hour! That was very much appreciated with all the coffee drinkers we had.

Beautiful place. Just as described. Squeaky clean. Perfect setting for our meeting. Tons of room to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked with essentials. Absolutely would stay again.

I requested late checkout over 24 hours prior to standard checkout time and the host didn’t respond until an hour before 10 am our final day. The home itself was pretty dirty, and the water pressure in the showers was terrible.Overall, it was a okay stay and had everything we needed, but for the price we paid it left a lot to be desired.Requesting late checkout and not getting a response other than to be told “no” an hour before the actual checkout time was pretty frustrating.
