Spent a week here with my grown children and 5 infants/ toddlers and 2 pets. Great location. Super dog friendly. Lake views are awesome. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Hot tub was large and well maintained. Saw deer swimming from the island across the lake.. would stay again…boat rental from lake Norman rentals made the week. Less than 5 minute boat ride.vet owned and I would recommend them over lake effects.

We had a great stay. The home is perfect for a large group. Very well stocked and lots of room. We enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks. Rented the pontoon boat for a day. We will be back next year!

This is the second time we and our large family have stayed here, using both the main house and the boat house.
Two years ago, it had different owners, and was a great vacation. With the new owners it has become a superb vacation spot! The changes they made are fantastic – they have thought of every detail. The kitchens were extremely well equipped and updated; S'mores kits were provided; welcoming packages on arrival.
We also love that they are so dog friendly.
This has been our best family vacation on the lake!

For 25 years our family has gathered over the 4th of July week. Many years in our own beach house but for the last 4 in a lake house. This is far and away the best we have had. The house is wonderful, the location perfect and the hosts the most welcoming we have ever had. Activities galore, great dock. Just a wonderful experience. Thank you hosts
