Welcome to your Bradenton getaway! This newly updated pool home is just 2.3 miles from IMG Academy and a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. Relax in the saltwater pool, heated at no extra charge, in our fully fenced, very private back yard. This home is comfortable for up to 10 guests with a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-full bunk with twin trundle, and two pullout sofas, this home is perfect for families, teams, and group getaways. Thoughtfully updated and designed for comfort, this home offers plenty of room for families, teams, and groups to relax after a day at IMG Academy, the beach, or exploring the Gulf Coast.



The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, and the full-size washer and dryer make longer stays easy and convenient. High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the home help keep everyone connected and entertained.



Sleeping Arrangements:

• Primary Suite: King bed, Private en-suite full bathroom, Smart TV, Closet

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, Closet

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, Smart TV, Closet

Whether you are in town for an IMG tournament, family vacation, beach getaway, or extended stay, this home provides a comfortable home base close to everything the Bradenton area has to offer.



POOL INFORMATION:

- The pool is heated to 86° for no additional charge.

- Cold temperatures may impact the pool heater's ability to maintain the desired temperature. The pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not run (due to freeze protection mode) when temperatures are under 50°. No refunds will be offered due to weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.

- While we have a professional service that regularly cleans and maintains the pool, we do not offer 24/7 pool maintenance you may find at a resort or hotel. It may be necessary to use the provided net and remove debris or other things that may fall into the pool before use just as a homeowner would. Pool service usually arrives on Wednesday mornings, but as we contract with an external company, we are unable to fully control their schedule.

- Please note that there is not a safety fence or separating the pool from the home, so additional supervision of young children will be required.

- Do not tamper with or disable pool alarms.



Please read all house rules before booking. Signed Rental Agreement, Photo ID matching the name of the booking guest, and $500 security deposit hold collected after booking is confirmed.
