This fourth guest room offers a sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements and a convenient desk-and-chair setup ideal for working during your stay.
Two full bathrooms are available for guest use. The guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the master bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both are stocked with fresh towels and essentials to make your stay seamless.

★HEATED POOL★
The pool is heated and set to maintain a comfortable temperature of 80–85°F, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. However, please note that during the cooler winter months, outside weather conditions can impact the pool’s ability to feel consistently warm.
Factors such as low air temperatures, wind, and rainfall can cause the water to feel cooler and may slow the heating process, especially overnight. While the heater will be running as intended, the pool may not feel as warm as it does during warmer seasons.
★BUGS & CRITTERS★
Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.
★IMPORTANT★
This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49 one time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

Home was very clean and amenities were great! Quiet neighborhood, and the location is close to many attractions. Host made check-in and check-out extremely simple.

We stayed for a soccer tournament at IMG and this house was super close to the campus and had several small activities to occupy the boys in between games. We were there with 3 adults and 4 high school boys….2 bathrooms was dicey at times. However, I had quick responses when I asked questions. Overall was a great stay.
