Our semi-detached house is ideal for a family vacation, accommodating 4 people (a baby crib and a high chair are also available) and one dog. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware, as well as a dining area for up to 5 people. In the living area, which features a 50-inch Smart TV and a radio, you’ll also find a cozy leather sofa set. The first floor also includes a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed, a large closet with a safe, and a travel crib. The second bedroom also has a spacious closet with a safe, as well as two single beds that can be placed side by side. A cozy south-facing terrace with a grill and a parking space directly in front of the house are also available.
Pets:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed. Our property management charges a one-time fee of 35 euros for the dog.
You can optionally book a laundry package per person through the property management.
The guest fee is paid to the property management on site.

You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette with 4 ceramic burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all necessary kitchenware, as well as a dining area for up to 4 people.
In the living area, featuring a 55-inch Smart TV and a radio, you’ll also find a cozy leather sofa set and 2 modern club chairs.
On the first floor, you’ll also find the bathroom with a toilet, sink, shower, and heated towel rack.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), a large closet, a travel crib, and a 43-inch Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a spacious closet and two single beds (90x200 cm).
A cozy south-facing terrace with modern patio furniture, a designer grill, and a small (removable) picket fence, as well as a parking space directly in front of the house, are also available.
