Located in the Aida-Park vacation complex, right behind the dike, this beautiful bungalow boasts a prime location in the North Sea resort of Tossens. Just a few minutes from Friesenstrand and a short walk from Nordseeallee—with its restaurants—as well as the nationally renowned Center Parcs Nordseeküste, this bungalow is the perfect starting point for adventures or for relaxing days at the beach. In addition to many nearby attractions, the Butjadingen Peninsula offers further highlights such as the North Sea Lagoon, the mudflat walkway in Langwarder Groden, the picturesque harbor of Fedderwadersiel, and numerous other tourist attractions. Furthermore, the major cities of Bremerhaven and Wilhelmshaven are just an hour away.
The completely renovated and modernized Zimmermann vacation home offers approximately 72 m² of living space and a cozy atmosphere that can accommodate up to 4 people. Right in front of the dike, a small garden awaits you with space for playing, barbecuing, and relaxing.
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find a large, open living area with internet access and a step-free transition to the south-facing terrace, as well as a parking space right next to the house. Central heating warms the entire house, which is floored with vinyl. Facing the garden is an approximately 10-square-meter terrace with brand-new seating and lounging furniture, a grill, and a patio umbrella in the wind-protected outdoor area. The entire vacation home is newly furnished and modernly equipped, and if anything is missing, we’ll be happy to provide it.
