A beautiful, spacious, bright, and newly renovated (2023) bungalow in the Aida Vacation Park (the largest bungalow type in the AIDA Park) in the North Sea resort town of Tossens. With approximately 67 m² of living space, this modern and newly furnished vacation home offers a very cozy North Sea atmosphere with plenty of room for 4 people and a pet. Located on a quiet side street, right in front of the dike, you’ll find a 243-square-meter garden with plenty of space for playing, barbecuing, and relaxing, as well as a wind-protected, covered patio with patio furniture (a lounger, grill, and a nice seating area). This terrace is accessible directly from the living room. One parking space is located right next to the house, and another is in the park. On cooler days, this beautiful vacation home features a wonderful wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth. (Firewood is not provided.) You have your OWN BEACH CHAIR (May 1–September 30) at Friesenstrand in Tossens, which is included.
Amenities: Large kitchen area with oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dining table. The living area features a 40-inch TV, a sound system with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, a wood-burning stove in the living room (wood not provided), and a large couch for relaxing—offering plenty of space for the whole family. A spacious master bedroom (180×200 cm) with plenty of storage space in the closets and room for a portable travel crib. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90×190 cm). The shower room also includes a washing machine.
The yard is fenced and offers privacy.
