About this house rental
Beautiful river and mountain views! Plenty of space to host at this home in a picturesque neighborhood near the Spanish Fork River trail. Also nearby are the sports park, playgrounds, new SF for city rec center & pool, shopping, fairgrounds, and I-15. The two kitchens are well-equipped for cooking/baking, and there is plenty to do in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. A fully fenced backyard with a deck, patio, and hot tub are perfect for spending time on the property, or guests can make a two minute walk down the street to access the SF River trail.

Bedrooms are as follows:
Master room on main floor: king bed, a pack-n-play, and a large walk-in closet
Upstairs room 1: queen bed
Upstairs room 2: two bunkbeds with twin xl mattresses
Basement room 1: queen bed, pack-n-play, and a large closet
Basement room 2: queen bed
Basement room 3: two twin xl beds
Plus a bonus room, an office, two living rooms, two fully stocked kitchens, two laundry rooms, three full bathrooms, and a half bathroom by the kitchen. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub!
The house sits on a beautifully-landscaped quarter acre, with a fully fenced backyard and a swingset!

The garage is not for guest use and will remain locked. Otherwise, the whole house is yours!
