About this house rental
Come watch the sunset across the valley from this charming home with large windows. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 1 great family room will give your crew plenty of room to enjoy each other and have alone time as well! Enjoy the deck, slide, swingset, and hot tub. The fully stocked kitchens will give you plenty of space to prepare meals. Rest easy on new memory foam and hybrid mattresses. Play board games, over 8000 video games, and puzzles for adults and kiddos. Afterwards, hang out on the huge deck lit with bistro lights or soak your sore muscles in the 6 person hot tub. Check-in is easy with keyless entry. Two W/D set ups are there for your convenience, as is a pack'n'play, high chair, dishware, slide, and swingset for the littles!
The space
On the main level of the home there is a master en suite with a king bed, a guest room with a split king that can be converted to 2 twin beds, and another guest room with a queen bed. Two portable twin beds are stored in the master closed if you need them and there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room by the entrance. Just let me know what configuration you prefer and I'll have it ready for you.
The basement has a second full kitchen, a master en suite with it's own W/D and another guest bedroom with a queen bed. It can be used as a separate unit if you have multiple families staying together or as an adult retreat if the kids are too loud upstairs.
Guest access
There is plentiful parking in the 2 driveways or the street. It's a quiet, suburban neighborhood so public transportation is not readily available. I do have a motorcycle that you can rent (separate listing on Twisted Road) if needed.

This home is central to everything in Utah and Salt Lake counties. It's only 4 min away from I-15, meaning that you're close to everything:
Within 15 min, you're at:
- American Fork Canyon (hiking, snowshoeing, camping, fishing)
- Thanksgiving point (Museums, movie theaters, gardens, golfing, special events)
- Corner Canyon mountain bike trails
- Mt Timpanogas Temple
Within 25-30 min, you're at:
- the mouths of Little Cottonwood, Big Cottonwood, and Provo canyons (5 world class ski resorts, mountain biking, breath-taking hikes)
- BYU and UVU
- Salt Lake City International Airport
- Downtown Salt Lake City

Brian responded right away to any questions I had. He was very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. I would again if I needed a place to stay again. My children and there families were all comfortable and loved the fuse ball table.

The place is in a great location. The views are wonderful. The house is very large and accommodated our family with no issue. There is a lot of extras in the house like pillows and blankets and left over things in the pantry to help make the stay better. We enjoyed staying there and would recommend it to others.

The home sleeps a lot of people but it is not for anyone who has mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. The listing shows two king beds but there is only one. A double twin upstairs could be moved to be a king but not optimal. I booked this location based on the king beds. The microwave oven in upstairs kitchen did not work and the tv upstairs did not work. We did not report it because we just used the ones downstairs. The stairs need to be cleaned as they were very dirty but overall the rest of the home is clean. Beds were much firmer than we are used to but some people like firm beds. There was plenty of good linens for the bathrooms. There was a gaming console that was in the pictures of the listing but none was there when we looked for our grandchildren to utilize. Updating or removing the picture of the system from the listing would be wise so you’re not expecting it. The upstairs kitchen needs some love with a missing handle on the silverware drawer and some other minor repairs. The down stairs kitchen and down stairs units are updated and newer. There are abundance of shopping and restaurants nearby.
