Pros-We had a great overall stay and the home worked really well for our group. It’s clearly set up for larger gatherings, and the location and views were a highlight. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Easy communication with the owner was a bonus. Cons-The property could really benefit from a deep clean. The main surface areas in the kitchen, bathrooms, and beds were clean, but a number of smaller details were missed throughout. The carpets hadn’t been vacuumed when we arrived, so we took care of that ourselves. We also found a nose ring (we assume) and some Zyn pouches on a bedroom floor, which was off-putting.The outdoor space could use some attention as well. While we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening, the patio furniture needed a good wipe-down, and we didn’t feel comfortable using the table or BBQ which was disappointing with the nice weather. The photo of the BBQ shows an area of which we cleaned for reference.

The house and location were great! However, our stay was disrupted - twice, due to hot water issues. When we arrived, one of the showers water heater was not working. The property owner came by as well as a plumber. The plumber did a temporary fix, but it was loud, noisy and overwhelming. The plumber came back later in the week to finish what he started.While we appreciate the effort to fix it so we could shower, it was quite disruptive to our stay.
