About this house rental
Large 3700 sq ft home in great Northeast Orem neighborhood. Short drive to Provo/BYU/UVU! Close to the canyon if you want to go skiing, hiking, or up to Park City. On the same street as the neighborhood park but there's also a playground set in the backyard for kids. Huge kitchen with double ovens, 5 burner gas stove and drawers with every kitchen gadget you could need! 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. All king and queen beds! Large deck with seating for meals and spending time with family.
Bedrooms are as follows:
Primary (King bed, 55" tv, master bath with double vanity, tub AND shower, and large walk in closet). Main floor.
Room 2 (Queen bed and toddler bed). Main floor.
Room 3 (Queen bed). Main floor.
Room 4 (King Bed). Basement.
Room 5 (sofa sleeper). Basement playroom. Room 6 (Queen bed). Main floor. Pack and play available for little ones.
**PLEASE NOTE! Half of the basement (apart from the 3700 sq feet main house) is a completely separate 1100 sq ft apartment rented out to a young couple. Everything pictured in the listing (including the basement living area, playroom, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) is included in your section of the home. They do not have access to the main part of the house! :). They also do not have access to the backyard, they have their own separate private fenced side yard.

This was a Beautiful home, very clean and if you have a family and want to prepare meals this kitchen has everything you need. They even had a Christmas tree set up for us whichMade the Christmas holiday special. They are easy to get ahold of if you have a question. The house can easily be for multigenerational gatherings. We didn’t have children on our trip, but they have a huge playroom set up with toys and two family rooms with tv. Lots of children’s books. The Beds are very comfortable and lots of sitting areas. The house also is accommodating for someone who is older and needs one level living.The house is two levels, but there are bedrooms on the main living floor along with Kitchen, family room, laundry room etc. I highly recommend this host and their home.

We stayed there over the week of Christmas. Our family is growing and we need a bigger place to gather. This home was perfect and the homeowners were very accommodating. Everything was wonderful - even the little bit of snow we received.
