Our house comes with everything you need to escape to the mountains for a Lakeside retreat. Inside we have a pool table, foosball, downstairs fridge and 2 living rooms both with fireplaces. A modern kitchen goes with the 3 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs has the kids zone bedroom and game rooms. Outside has a hot tub, fire pit, and outside table, chairs, and umbrella. The front of the house has the deck with a grill and tables for additional outdoor living. The lake is a short ten min walk away!

Towamensing Trail community is a true mountain lake community that is ungated with a full central air HVAC system. We have a private beach, pool, and playground on the beach that overlooks the lake. The Pocono Mountains has so much to offer: indoor water parks, paintball, horseback riding, fishing, hiking, kayaking, water skiing, snow skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. We are pet friendly. Escape to nature!!!

Inside:
As you enter the Lodge from the lower level slider you are welcomed with one of the two living rooms with stone fireplace. Find your way back to the pool room and you will find the bunk room with 6 beds to choose from. Just off of the pool room is the back door that leads to the hot tub, fire pit and corn hole zone. Head upstairs to the main living room that has an open concept with the updated kitchen and dining area that are warmed by another stone fireplace. Follow the hallway to the master king bedroom with en suite. Next to that is the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms with a queen & full size beds. Enough room to a group of 12.

-Community Fee $35 (covers the fee assessed by HOA to register up to 4 cars. Car tags provide access to amenities, pool, beach, trash receptacle). You must complete digital form to secure your booking. Form with car registration information (state and plate#) is required 3 days prior to check in date. Failure to submit the completed form and required information by the deadline may result in delayed check-in, denial of amenity access, or cancellation of the reservation in accordance with community requirements.

-Trash must be taken with you or to our community trash compactor $350 fine if left
-house must be given back in the same clean condition that it was given to you
-Cleaning fee does not remove your responsibility to keep clean
-Lost fireplace remote $250
-8 badges for pool/lake access. any lost/ missing badge fee is subject to $250 fee to cover replacement.
