Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable gathering spaces, Wi-Fi, streaming entertainment and everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Outside is where Green Acres really shines: wide-open views, expansive grounds, a spacious patio and a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs.

I would give 5 stars but the late rain had allowed the weeds outside to grow and we weren’t able to get to the fire pit. Also the barn swallows have made quit the mess around the porch. The house and bedrooms are great, the location is excellent for Johnson City and Fredricksburg wineries. We will use the property again. We had 2 senior adult couples staying for 4 nights

We were very impressed that the property closely matched the descriptions and photos provided in the listing. The property and the house are perfect for a family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout including the Casita was really great for our family. There were a good amount of toys and kid, friendly things to play with. We did have a couple issues with not being able to get the TV to work and even know the listing warns about critters in the future, I think it would be in the property’s best interest to clean the traps before they have guests. Even though we didn’t see any live critters the visual of them in the traps was offputting for our guests and we did have a toddler roaming around on the floor, which at times was a concern. We did reach out to the management team, who was very responsive, but didn’t get any remedy/advisement from the local team on any of our issues. The issues we did have were minor and we really enjoyed our time at the property and would definitely book again!
