Welcome to the ranch! 11 acres at the doorstep of the Texas Wine Trail. This peaceful 3 bed/2.5 bath ranch house includes three king beds and a detached bunkhouse with bunks for six (does not include a bathroom). Attached barn with 70”tv, air hockey table, ping pong table, and more! Less than 10 minutes to Johnson City. This home is spacious and well appointed. We had a small group and enjoyed the views & comfortable common areas. It's also very well suited for a large group! The gameroom in the garage was a very nice feature

We stayed here over Spring Break and it was absolutely perfect. The view from the back porch is one of the best I have seen in the entire Hill Country, with a line of low mesas set against the cactus and bluebonnet and mesquite surrounding the property. Beautiful. The house seems so far away and isolated, but it is literally 5 minutes to our son's favorite attraction, Reptilandia, and the rest of Johnson City is less than ten minutes away. The house has everything you could need, and the game room (converted garage) is packed with fun things like ping pong, darts, Jenga, etc. Also, the host is very responsive (there were no problems, we just had a few questions and she was very gracious and quick with responses). We will definitely be back.
