About this house rental
A bright and modern apartment, perfect for families, couples, or small groups of friends.
Tastefully furnished to welcome travelers from all over the world, our apartment is located in the central area of Poetto, about a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 15-minute drive from downtown, and 20 minutes from the airport.
The area is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation stops.
It also features a small garden at the entrance and a furnished private terrace.
The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator) and is laid out as follows:
- The entryway opens directly onto a functional and elegant living area with a dining table, ideal for sharing and enjoying traditional Sardinian dishes.
- A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including: an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
- A bright, comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
- A second bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children, friends, or small groups.
- Living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning—perfect for relaxing in the cool during the hottest hours of the day.
- Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, sink, toilet, and bidet.
- Small private terrace furnished with a coffee table and chairs, ideal for breakfast outdoors or an evening aperitif.
- Small outdoor area at the entrance to the house.
- Free street parking available near the apartment.
GUEST ACCESS
Access to the apartment is via in-person check-in, during which we’ll be happy to welcome you and show you around the home.
The apartment overlooks the main street in Poetto, where parking is not allowed. For this reason, we recommend using one of the two free parking areas located nearby, both of which are just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Parking spots are more available early in the morning and tend to open up in the evening due to heavy tourist traffic.
Once you’ve parked your car, you can easily walk to the apartment, where we’ll personally welcome you for check-in and provide you with all the useful information about the apartment.
