Make yourself at home in this spacious Lehi basement suite for up to 10 guests. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 king beds and 4 queen beds, there is room for families and groups to spread out.
YOUR SPACE
Enjoy a private basement entrance, a full kitchen with an air fryer, blender, Keurig, cookware and utensils, an in-unit washer and dryer, a 77-inch OLED TV, WiFi, and your own basement gym room. Exterior stairs lead down to the suite. The homeowner lives upstairs, so you may hear normal household sounds.
POOL, PARKS AND PICKLEBALL
The community pool, pickleball courts and parks are nearby. The pool is shared, seasonal and managed by the HOA; schedules and temporary closures are outside our control. Pool access is not available year-round. Please return the shared pool key fob to its box after every use.
PARKING
Park only in the side driveway or on permitted streets in the neighborhood. Keep the entire main driveway and every garage door clear at all times. If your vehicle does not fit fully in the side driveway without blocking the main driveway, park on the street. Please share this with everyone in your group and any visitors.
PRIVATE AREAS AND OUR DOG
The basement suite and its entrance are for guests. The backyard lawn and patio are private to the homeowner. When going to the pool or pickleball courts, stay on the access path and away from upstairs windows. The upstairs home, garages and locked supply storage are not guest areas. A friendly golden retriever lives on site. Please close both gates fully every time you come or go.
SUPPLIES
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. If your group uses the supplies provided and needs more, please purchase additional supplies locally. Locked supply storage is reserved for the cleaning team.
LOCATION
Convenient for Thanksgiving Point, Traverse Mountain Outlets, Primary Children's Hospital, UVU and BYU. Approximate drives are 9 minutes to Thanksgiving Point, 11 minutes to the outlets, 6 minutes to Primary Children's Hospital, 20 minutes to UVU and 30 minutes to BYU, depending on traffic. Three LDS temples are within about 20 minutes.
Check in is after 3:00 p.m. and checkout is by 11:00 a.m. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No parties, smoking or guest pets. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please supervise children around gym equipment. Full arrival instructions will be sent before check in.
