This beautiful Saratoga Springs home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and space to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests:
Bedroom 1: Spacious king bed, plus a smart TV, dedicated desk, and large walk-in closet—ideal for a little work or quiet downtime.
Bedroom 2: Another king bed perfect for stretching out and relaxing.
Bedroom 3: A cozy queen bed in a peaceful setting.
Bedroom 4: A fun bunk bed setup with a full on the bottom and a twin on top—great for kids or extra guests.
Living Room: A queen sleeper sofa adds flexible sleeping space in a warm, welcoming living area.
Bathrooms:
Two full bathrooms—one with a tub—plus a convenient powder bath on the main floor make getting ready easy for everyone.
Parking & Storage:
A roomy two-car garage and driveway space for two more vehicles mean no parking hassles. There’s even ski storage for your winter adventures.

The home backs onto open green space with walking trails, perfect for morning strolls or sunset walks. Just three houses from the shore of Utah Lake, you’re never far from nature. Start your day with coffee on the front porch rocking chairs, or unwind there in the evening with the peaceful sounds of the neighborhood.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
Check in begins at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am
