The bright living and dining area, featuring floor-to-ceiling patio doors, opens up to a view of the lovingly landscaped grass garden and invites you to relax with its cozy couch, armchair, Bluetooth stereo system, and a small collection of games. A terrace with comfortable lounge chairs and garden chairs invites you to sit back and relax. Here, you can comfortably start your day with a morning coffee or wind down after an eventful day with a glass of wine. The quiet bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and high-quality cotton linens, ensures restful nights. An additional small room with a pull-out sleeper chair (0.90 x 2 m), a desk, and storage space offers a place to work or accommodate an extra guest. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired, featuring an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (including 6 capsules—additional capsules can be purchased from the landlord), and high-quality cookware. Many practical everyday items are also provided. The modern bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, features a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, towels, and small toiletries. A parking space is available next to the house for your car.

House Juliana is located just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and is one of the impressive, freestanding villas built in the historic seaside resort architectural style. Built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, the house still reflects the elegance and unique lifestyle of a bygone era. With great attention to detail, we have carefully and meticulously renovated all of the vacation apartments to a high standard. Among other things, the floorboards—some of which are over 130 years old—were restored, given a white glaze, and resealed to preserve the house’s original charm. The last apartment was modernized in 2026. In the six spacious apartments, open floor plans and light-filled rooms create a special living atmosphere. To achieve this, the solid walls between the living area and the veranda were opened up, allowing plenty of natural light to flood into the apartments. The bathrooms, too, have been designed in a modern style using high-quality materials. Not only is Haus Juliana itself a small work of art: throughout the building, in the vacation apartments, and on the property, you’ll discover a wide variety of art objects and lovingly selected details that give the house its very special character. Its proximity to the town center leaves nothing to be desired. Whether it’s shopping options, charming stores, or a variety of excellent restaurants, everything is there to make your vacation perfect.
