Das Flair der Villa, die Nähe zur Promenade
Eine fehlende Klima-Anlage. Das Zimmer heizt sich bei Sommer-Temperaturen von 30Grad sehr auf.

Möblierung des Appartements schick und modern, Bett sehr bequem, Küche gut ausgestattet. Lage zu Promenade, Strand/Meer, Seebrücke, Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. perfekt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut
Es war leider nicht sauber. Es gab Spinnengeweben am Schrank, in den Fensterecken und auf dem Teppich gab es viele Haare (Tierhaaren). Es gab leider auch keinen Staubsauger oder Besen, nur Handfeger und Kehrschaufel zum reinigen der Wohnung. Gerade nach Strandbesuchen mit Kindern musste man auf allen Vieren den Sand zusammenfegen. Küchenausstattung hätte für den Preis deutlich mehr sein können.
