The 3-room apartment B 2.4 (Building B) on the 2nd floor of the Strandterrasse is a place where you can feel right at home, unwind, relax, and fall in love. The 88 square meters have been tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and make an ideal home for up to 4 people and 1 toddler in a travel crib who want to enjoy a getaway together right by the sea. The Baltic Sea is just 80 meters away and can even be seen from the apartment’s balcony. The view extends to the side, beyond the beautiful old Ahlbeck pier. A vast expanse of blue stretching to the horizon. A spacious living-dining room offers plenty of room to relax. Indulge in some sweet idleness on the stylish couch and armchair in front of the large flat-screen TV (50 inches). A cozy dining area brings everyone together to enjoy home-cooked delicacies, which you can easily prepare in the open kitchenette. It’s equipped with all the amenities and high-quality appliances, including an oven, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a Nespresso capsule machine. The apartment features an electric fireplace (non-heating) that creates a cozy atmosphere. You can step out onto the east-facing balcony from both the living room and one of the two bedrooms. A dining table and a lounge chair enhance your time outdoors. The sound of the waves has a calming and relaxing effect on both mind and body. This is especially true when you’re lulled to sleep by the gentle sound of the waves in the two comfortable bedrooms. Please note that renovation work on a historic villa will begin across from the beach terrace on Kurstraße, starting at the “ 10.08.2026.” Until the end of the year, demolition, roofing, and facade work are planned in particular. During the winter months, work is expected to continue primarily indoors. The renovation is currently scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2027. No construction work will take place during the Christmas and New Year’s Eve period. We ask for your understanding that there may be occasional disturbances due to noise or construction site traffic during the construction work.

Should this space be leased and subsequently renovated, there may be occasional remodeling and renovation work, as well as associated visual and noise disturbances. Choose between a residence featuring a light, sand-colored design scheme or an apartment with anthracite-colored accents. All apartments feature stylish and comfortable furnishings, custom-made to fit perfectly, as well as modern kitchens and bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower (except for Apartment B4.5). Almost all of the apartments have a balcony—many even overlook the Baltic Sea. Most vacation homes feature an electric fireplace and infrared saunas. On the first floor, there is a separate communal room for bicycles. You can also use the two washing machines [&] dryers in the communal laundry room. The amenities are rounded out by a communal sauna, which is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the underground parking garage (entry height 2.03 meters), there is one parking space available for each apartment.
