House with small garden in the centre of La Turballe.
Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, small barbecue, garden furniture, board games and books available.
The first floor comprises:
- a living/dining room with a kitchen area (2-burner induction hob, airfryer, combined microwave / traditional oven)
- a bathroom with toilet.
Towels and dish towels are not provided.

A small fenced garden with terrace is accessed from the living room via a French window and it is connected to the parking space.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms. Bed linen is not provided.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a duvet (240 x 220 cm), two pillows (50 x 70 cm) and an additional fleece blanket available if needed.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) each with a duvet (140 x 200 cm), a pillow (65 x 65 cm) and an additional fleece blanket available if necessary.

By car, a private parking space located next to the garden is at your disposal.
By train, get off at La Baule-Escoublac station then take the bus "Lila presqu'île" line 4 towards Piriac-sur-Mer, Colbert stop at 300 m except July and August when you have to get off at the Grande Douve stop (350 m). Please note that buses generally run between 8 am and 6:30 pm, which varies depending on the day, to be consulted on the lilapresquile website.
Beaches and shops within walking distance (Plages des Bretons at 500 m, Carrefour City at 650 m). Parking space. Municipality well equipped for families (cinema, sailing school, etc.) with departures for the islands of Houat, Hoedic and Belle Ile.
