Comfortable apartment on the beach. Lovely to hear the sea. Spacious terrace, good living & dining areas although we sat outside all the time. Very well equipped kitchen. Located in a quiet area. I ran most mornings along the pathway to Pen Bron beach. Dedicated parking space. WiFi. We will return.

Nice end unit with access to beach and nature trail for daily walks. Well stocked condo, that provides the conveniences of home!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because of the close access to beach, town and local sites to visit & tour. The primary bedroom is in an alcove with room divider screen, it was not a problem for the 2 of us. The bed has a comfortable, firm mattress & nice linens for a restful sleep. The Smart tv was nice feature too for watching our Nextflix. Highly recommend this oasis on the beach.

Excellent location near a beautiful large clean beach. The property is comfortable & has everything you need. A very well equipped kitchen, just right for cooking fish & local produce. Large terrace to enjoy a drink, a book & dinner whilst listening to the sea roll up the beach. WiFi & a parking space.

Il ne manque rien à cette location, l'emplacement à quelques mètres seulement de la mer est idéal, la vue, le calme, et la proximité du centre, tout y est ! La literie est de très bonne qualité, il ne manque rien pour cuisiner, le propriétaire trés gentil. Je ferai découvrir cet endroit sans aucune hésitations et reviendrai .....

Le logement correspond à ce qui est décrit. Il est de plus très bien placé pour un faire de belles balades (Penbron, presqu'île du Croisic etc). La résidence est très calme et agréable, la vue sur les dunes est reposante et le coucher de soleil depuis le salon est à tomber !

Plaque de cuisson, four, micro-onde recouverts de graisse et de saleté, frigo sale avec des traces . Restes de miettes sur le plan de travail et la table, salle de bain et toilettes pas nettes, sol avec des traces. Cela a nécessité une reprise du ménage par la personne qui nous a accueilli (pas la propriétaire) qui a été réactive pour remettre au propre l’appartement. Nous avons pu dialoguer avec les propriétaires qui ont été joignables. Dommage pour cette première mauvaise impression car l’appartement est fonctionnel et possède de nombreux équipements même si certains sont vétustes (trop chargé pour de la location et dans son jus-le four est à changer)- la literie est bonne . Bon emplacement pour sillonner la région. Accès direct à la plage, belle vue sur les dunes sans vis à vis.

Tout était bien. Il faut juste préciser que la deuxième chambre est une alcôve ouverte sur la pièce à vivre, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Nous relouerons sans hésitation.

Prachtige vakantiewoning, alles en meer is aanwezig. Ik bedank de eigenaar zijn woning aan anderen ter beschikking te stellen, het is alsof thuiskomen, maar dan met een mooi zicht op de plage sauvage met de zeegeluiden op de achtergrond. Perfecte organisatie vorkheftruck aankomen en vertrek. In 1 woord : impeccable :-)

Nous venons de passer 4 jours magnifique à la Turballe. Idéalement situé l'appartement est à proximité de beaucoup de sites a visiter.L'appartement est très bien équipé,au calme, la plage à 2 pas sans route à traverser avec de magnifique coucher de soleil. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire ainsi que la personne qui nous a accueilli.Une bonne adresse à retenir

Localisation idéale mais appartement sale

Cet appartement est un peu moins pimpant que les photos ne le laissent croire. Cependant cela aurait pu être largement compensé par sa situation géographique idéale par beau temps (juste en face d'une belle plage préservée, nous entendions le bruit des vagues depuis l'appartement). Malheureusement il était dans un état de saleté inacceptable: sols, cuisine, SDB, beaucoup de poussière et d'humidité + la literie pour les adultes laisse à désirer (matelas et coussins). Le ménage a du etre fait à l'entrée et à la sortie par nos soins. De plus à notre arrivée odeur de moisissure et température intérieure de 17 degrés. Il nous a été demandé de ne pas abuser du chauffage car ils consomment beaucoup d'électricité. Heureusement le beau temps est vite arrivé et a résolu ce petit problème, ce qui n'a pas empêché les enfants de tomber malades. Nous avons été déçus !

nous sommes arrivés le 29/04 juste pour 3 nuits; malgré le temps mitigé, nous avons pleinement profité de ce bel appartement en bord de mer et très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce court séjour, de la plage et des différentes visites effectuées aux alentours et des restos nombreux très bon contact avec le propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueillie sur place.
