About this cottage rental
Ideally located between the Medieval Town of Guérande, La Turballe, Piriac-sur-Mer, La Baule, and the Brière Regional Park, both in the countryside and not far from the sea (3 km), the Kerhouanne cottage is a traditional semi-detached house, renovated in the traditional style with all modern comforts. It is close to the owners' dairy farm, with tours available upon request. Private enclosed outdoor space of 400 m² with a south-facing terrace. Available amenities: pétanque, molkky, and a chicken coop for collecting eggs in season.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living room with a wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom with a private shower room (queen-size bed) and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 open-plan bedroom (three twin beds) and a shower room/toilet.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, crib/high chair/changing table/baby bath. Included: Sheets (beds made), electricity, electric heating, and wood. Not included: Towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for business customers (€65). Electric car charging outlet.
