Located at the gateway to the Champagne Ardennes, this spacious farmhouse with a surface area of 330 m² has been transformed into a family home. It offers a magnificent 5,000 m² garden, a jacuzzi, a small football field, a volleyball court, a barn set up for games and a breathtaking view of a picturesque landscape. Ideal for a long weekend or a week of family holidays.

The village of Parfondeval is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. Here you will find a restaurant, a petanque court and a trail to discover historical sites, including old public baths and the Saint-Médard de Parfondeval church. Parfondeval is located on a cultural route that will take you through fortified churches.

ACCOMMODATION:

On our property you will find two interconnecting accommodations. The first cottage can accommodate 4 people and has a private garden with trampoline. On the first floor you will find the living room with fireplace, TV with Netflix, an equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms with two double beds.

This second house, with its own entrance, has a comfortable sitting area, dining table, coffee corner, TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, 6-burner gas hob, large oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker and fridge. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, small freezer, large games cupboard and toilet with sink complete this space. A spacious dining room with a 4-metre-long table will allow you to spend cosy evenings with your family.

The entrance hall gives access to a passageway leading to the games room and a staircase to the first floor, where there are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and washbasin.

The games room is equipped with a table tennis table, a dartboard and a table football. Next to it is the bathroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a sink, shower and toilet. An additional washing machine and dryer, as well as a separate toilet, are also located here. The fourth bedroom is also on the first floor.

GARDEN:

Around the house you will find a garden with a beautifully lit football field, a wood-fired hot tub for four people and children's games. A covered outdoor area is equipped with a gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and a large dining table.

ENVIRONMENTS:

The country house is located a 5-minute drive from a large supermarket, bakery, butcher and pharmacy. In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful hiking and cycling trails (including mountain bike trails). Within a 30-60 minute drive you will find climbing parks, a beautiful lake with beach, a swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) with slides, a bowling alley, a go-kart track, a large supermarket, various shops, restaurants and a hospital.

Cities such as Charleville, Laon and Reims can be reached within an hour's drive. In Reims, you can visit many champagne houses as well as the famous cathedral.
