• 🏖️ Beaches: only a few minutes by car from the lagoons of L'Ermitage and Boucan Canot.
• 🌅 Atmosphere: calm and friendly, ideal for relaxing while remaining close to the hustle and bustle of the seaside resort.

Thank you simply to respect these few rules for the comfort of all:
• 🕒 Arrival / departure: arrival from 2pm, departure before 11am (flexible according to availability). Keys are handed over on site or in Saint-Denis depending on our professional constraints.
• 🚭 Non-smoking inside — you can smoke on the terrace as long as you don't disturb the neighborhood.
• Pets 🐾 not allowed.
• 🎉 No parties or parties in order to preserve the tranquility of the place.
• 🔇 Thank you for respecting the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• ♻️ Respect the premises and selective sorting: please dispose of your waste in the bins provided for this purpose.
• 🧺 The accommodations are left clean.
