About this apartment rental
Charming T2 apartment of 54 m2 on the first floor in Saint Gilles les Bains with veranda, terrace and garden of 100m2 with trees, private parking, in a secure and quiet residence. The port and beaches of St Gilles are 800 meters away, 10 to 15 minutes on foot. The city center is 15 minutes walk.
The lagoon and the beaches of L'Ermitage are 5 minutes away by car, the beaches of La Saline 8 minutes away.
Our island allows us to live outdoors 365 days a year.
This apartment, sheltered from all traffic, is one of the few that allows you to live outside if you wish. You will enjoy having breakfast in the relative coolness of the morning, taking a nap in the shade of a mango tree after a walk and in the evening under a light breeze, having an aperitif and dinner on the garden terrace without vis-à-vis and without the noisy disturbance of traffic.
Smoking is allowed only in the garden, our pet friends are not allowed, baby accessories available.
Arrival takes place in the middle of the afternoon between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., exit at 10 a.m., possibility of arranging the entrance and exit according to availability.
