A magnificent 2-room apartment rated 3*** on the garden level, featuring a lovely outdoor space; newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Comfortable for 2 people, it can accommodate 2 additional guests on the living room sofa bed.
Ideally located in a recently built residence in St-Gilles les Bains, in the Roquefeuil neighborhood, 100 meters from the Carrefour Market and close to all amenities (butcher shop, pharmacy, bakery, etc.).
You can enjoy the sunsets from the beach, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
