‘Beach Beyond Belief’ house includes:
* a PRIVATE pool oasis
* 3 bedrooms + loft area BEDROOM which sleeps up to 10 people
* Sofa Bed in living area can sleep 2 more (total of 12 people in all rooms), but need to inquire to verify additional people
* 3 full baths
* Free Bikes available to roam around the area for your stay
* Conveniently located steps from the 12,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool, gulf views, and the ocean
* All this convenience, value, and luxury comes in a tastefully appointed beach home with private beach access
HIGHLIGHTS:

* The first floor bedroom opens to a private pool
* The first floor has sleeper sofas that can accommodate two more guests

* Special community tram takes you directly to the beach from March to October
Parking:
* There are 7 parking spots in the front and back of the house that are dedicated to the house on a first come first served basis. If you look at an aerial shot of the Seacrest community, you can see that there is plenty of street parking for the residents and visitors. Parking is easily manageable. Guests get parking passes for as many vehicles needed.
This booking is for the entire house and resort privileges. Upon entrance to the community, you will greeted by a guard that will give you parking passes and wristbands for the lagoon pool. Please request prior to your stay.
Pool heating needs to be accessed through a mobile app, which allows you to control heating. We only offer private pool heating from November through February.
Upon booking the house, email communication will be sent to you with check in instructions. The property has self check in with automatic lock box combination that changes after every stay.
We have concierge service available to answer your questions via text or call. Please text or call us, rather than email.
