Property includes private beach access at Sunset Beach, and pool access at the large Lagoon Pool. Beach service chairs can be rented through La Dolce Vita. Complimentary access to Rosemary Beach® Fitness and complimentary court time at Rosemary Beach® Racquet Club also included.
Located park-side in the famous Seacrest Beach community is Rally Win Cottage - a bright, beachy 4-bedroom home that seamlessly blends indoor/outdoor areas, making this a perfect destination for friend and family getaways! With an open concept living/dining area, gathering together for meals and movies couldn't be easier. Located just off the kitchen is the first guest bedroom, with a King-size bed and its own en suite bathroom. Also on this floor is the washer and dryer.
Continuing upstairs is yet another living area, with a 55'' Smart flat screen TV - the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon aperitifs, or movies for the kids. Open the French doors to invite an ocean breeze in from the large balcony. You'll also find three additional plush bedrooms; two, King-size bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, and a bunk room that features two sets of twin-over-twin bunks. With hardwood floors throughout, designer tile floors in all bathrooms and a state of the art kitchen, this newly renovated home will be a destination you'll return to year after year!
