Guests will have complimentary access to the private deeded Seacrest beach, and the Seacrest community pool. There's a charming new cafe right next to the pool that serves delicious food and drinks, so you can refuel without leaving the area!
There is also a complimentary tram to and from the beach that stops right outside of the home!
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, pool, or other amen

This was the perfect house for our girls trip! Great location & layout! We had one issue with electrical and I called the property management… they answered & got on it right away!!

Pretty basic amenities for the price. Overall it was in a good location and the en suite bathrooms with each bedroom is a definite positive. But there were lots of issues that overall took away from the property. No lighting out by the pool and the in-pool lights were on an automatic timer (per property manager when we reached out) that didn’t turn on until 10:30, so kids had to get out of the pool around 8:30 because it was too dark to see them in the pool. Floors didn’t feel super clean upon arrival (there was a leftover toddler shoe visible under one of the beds). There was a horrible smell coming from one of the bathroom sinks. The property manager did come over right away and fix it so that was positive. The drains were really slow in the rest of the bathroom sinks and showers. Other minor things like not enough forks for the number of people the house says it can accommodate and no blackout (or even room darkening curtains) was also unexpected for the price.
