Seabreeze and Sunshine is a spacious and welcoming home, located in the heart of Seacrest Beach. This light-filled and airy home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Thoughtful touches are found throughout the home: a first floor guest suite, two bedrooms on the second floor: a Master suite with a whirlpool tub and a guest suite, and a third floor bunk room. Each bedroom opens to its own private balcony and television. Coastal breezes can be enjoyed on any of the six exterior porches and decks, each of which are furnished with a sitting area. Perfect for Bachlorette parties!!

*First floor King sized bed with a shared bathroom, shower only. This bedroom also has a private exit to the back yard area and has easy access to the kitchen and living area.
*Second floor King Guest room, on the front of the home with balcony access overlooking the parking area, private ensuite bathroom with a tub shower combo. This spacious room will be appreciated by those that have a need to spread out.
*Second floor King Master with private balcony access and a private Master ensuite with a jetted tub, stand alone shower and double vanity. Well suited for those that need space and privacy.
*Third floor Bunk room with a Twin over Queen bunk with a Queen Trundle and Two Twin beds, access to the top floor, sun bathing porch. This bedroom also has a dressing area with a double vanity and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom.
All of this, along with a fully stocked kitchen and open living space that is great for entertaining the entire bunch, this home is a great choice for your group to relax in! This home has parking for four vehicles. There is a Seacrest Beach Tram available to ride to the beach. Tram stop is right outside the door. Golf carts are not allowed in this community.

We really enjoyed our stay! House was awesome and the location was great. I wish we’d had more info on the check in process, wrist bands, and beach access. On our first day we didn’t know we needed to go to the main office for check in and that caused some confusion but after that everything was great! One thing to note is that this is a private beach and so tents are not allowed. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Other than that it was awesome!

This house was just the right space for our recent family vacation. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Enough room to spread out so that everyone had their own space, and the downstairs living room, kitchen and dining area was great for gathering as a group. Host was extremely responsive to any questions. The tram stop right outside the front door made trips to the beach very convenient. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this house.

We absolutely loved the neighborhood. My only hesitation in staying in the same house was the 3 stories with a toddler - it was a little stressful. We really enjoyed our trip overall

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rosemary Beach and this house fit our family's needs perfectly. We loved having 5 different porches and arrangements to hang out on and it was the perfect sleeping arrangement for adults having large king size beds/rooms and the kids on the 3rd floor with plenty of space to sleep and connect with their own porches for independence. Having the tram right next to the house was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and home was clean. We would stay again!
