Perfect place for fishing. The property was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean. The road to the property is a little treacherous but we had plenty of groceries so we did not have to traverse it after dark. We would love to come back again!

Excellent place. Road to house is one lane gravel/dirt but easy to navigate. Just SLOW DOWN. Never ran across any vehicles coming from other direction but that could get dicey. And night driving may be a bear. But we enjoyed the location. Only caught one trout but had a great time. Highly recommend.

We (wife and I and 17 yo grandson) enjoyed our week stay at the Orr house. Everything was as advertised. Especially nice was the access to the river for fishing, tubing, wading, swimming, etc. The drive from the main road was challenging especially the last half mile; you had to pay attention but my wife and her passenger car had no real problem. Even in my 4 wheel drive truck you had to be alert to road conditions and oncoming traffic. Overall not a problem. Of concern was a neighbor's small overly friendly dog. It would come around whether you wanted it to or not. If you like dogs like we do it is hard not to pet or befriend a friendly dog. But it was hard to get the dog to leave. But the big complaint is that the dog would do its business on the gravel pad where we parked our cars. Every morning we had to be on the lookout particularly after stepping in the do-do. So every morning we were picking up the poop before we walked in it. The next door neighbor who I was told was the daughter of the cabin owner and in charge of our rental said you could only get the dog owner to do so much. No matter how much you love dogs you do not love cleaning up another persons dog mess. It is otherwise a nice rental but it is too bad the dog cant be controlled.
