1st Floor: (Main) Vaulted living Room with wood burning fireplace, 50” flat screen HD TV w/DVR, and CD player. Spacious fully stocked newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop. There is a separate dining area w/seating for 6. Plus, additional breakfast bar seating for 4. A card table and chairs are also available. Master bedroom includes a King bed, 40” flat screen HD TV and en-suite with new full size tile shower, double sinks and additional washer and dryer. Covered deck with rockers and wooden swing plus uncovered deck with professional gas grill and picnic table complete this level of the home.
2nd Floor: (Upstairs) Bedroom with bunk bed, 2 queen beds and 43” flat screen HD TV. Loft area with 40” flat screen HD TV, pool table, and full bath.
3rd Floor: (Lower Level) Master suite with king bed, 46” flat screen HD TV and full en-suite with tile shower. A full size washer/dryer and private access to the lower covered deck.

Firewood Notice: Not all wood-burning fireplaces will provide firewood at the property. We can have firewood delivered to the property per request; we offer 1/4 cord for $100 or 1/2 cord for $180. Please order ahead before your arrival.

The Smoky Mountain Retreat at Eagle’s Nest subdivision does not permit motorcycles, RV's or trailers on the mountain.
