Location is good. There were 9 adults and a toddler, the house was nice, but there isn't a table/seating for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal or game time. The water was out for a few hours during our stay, but that was related to the city. Lisa was quick to respond. Check in/out was easy. Could Maybe use some deep cleaning as well. The downstairs queen room TV didn't work and we had to wash the sheets before using, due to dog hair on them. The toilet downstairs also ran frequently and we would have to take the lid off to fix every time it was flushed. The outdoor area was great! Perfect fire pit area and the decks are perfect. Overall, we had a great time.

House was cute and convenient to Maggie valley. Overall enjoyed it. There are beds for 10 but very limited common space for a group that size. No dining table at all and uncomfortable small couches. Limited parking. The outdoor spaces were great though and amazing views of the mountain. Probably would work better for a smaller group

LP gas was empty so No gas logs as advertised. Limited seating as a group for meals (9). Christmas tree was a nice touch. Firepit was enjoyed

Pros: Nice, spot with lots of room and good amenities. Cons: The internet and TV services did not work for most of our 2 day stay. Our family spent Christmas eve and Christmas day, and were dissapointed that we had no internet services for half of our stay.
