Bicycles are available for an extra fee if not already assigned to other guests. Up to two cars can park in the courtyard if public parking is unavailable.

The beach is just 50 m away, and many restaurants and activities are within easy walking or cycling distance.



Thanks to the central location on the Tuscan coast, you can visit many famous sights from Follonica, such as Siena, Pisa, or Elba Island.



If public parking is unavailable, up to two cars can park in the courtyard. Pets are allowed. Large events are not permitted, but a barbecue evening in the courtyard is fine.



Please observe quiet hours from 2 to 4 pm and 10 pm to 8 am.
