The whole bottom floor is yours. It is a study with private bathroom, queen size bed, couch, air conditioning, heating, private patio outside, WIFI, mini-refrigerator, countertop double burner, microwave, sink with running water, cable TV, coffee maker, toaster, coffee, tea, bottled spring water, etc.

Honeymoon Beach and Caladesi Island are 15 min away by car.

The space
We are in the beautiful Ozona neighborhood in the city of Palm Harbor on the waterfront – St. Joseph's Sound.

You can observe flamingos, pelicans, sea eagles, herons, and other birds.

Although smoking is not allowed inside, you can enjoy smoking on your private patio.

One parking space for one car is included and available.

Honeymoon Island: A beautiful beach and nature trail.

Caladesi Island: This beach is accessible by ferry. Ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and walking. The ferry is only 15 minutes away by car.

Clearwater Beach: This beach has been rated #1 Beach in the U.S. by TripAdvisor. You can also easily catch the fun "Jolley Trolley" from a stop near us to Clearwater Beach.

Pinellas Trail: On the trail, locals like to walk, run, bike or roller skate. There are several new breweries with pubs along the way – very close to us! There is a bicycle rental nearby. The trail is a five-minute walk from us.

The trail runs from Tarpon Springs in the north to the city of St. Petersburg in the south, passing through the cities of Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Largo, Seminole, South Pasadena, and Gulfport. The distance that the main trail covers is about 38 miles.

Shopping: We are about a 15-minute drive from the Countryside Mall.

There are various restaurants and bars in our area.

Grocery shopping: Aldi or Publix – only 10 minutes by car from us.
