The house is composed of three parts:
a first with living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets
the second, games room, bar and shower room
the third with 2 bedrooms and bathroom and toilet
As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the bright volumes (200m2), the neat decoration and the living spaces open to the garden and the swimming pool. The convivial living room invites you to share moments, while the large dining room and the equipped kitchen make it easy to enjoy your holiday.
Outside, enjoy a pleasant landscaped garden and a beautiful heated swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or cycling on the island's slopes. The deckchairs and the various outdoor spaces offer a perfect setting for summer meals, aperitifs in the sun or moments of quiet rest.

Large garden, heated swimming pool from mid-May to the end of September (the heating period of the pool depends on the weather) and its sunbeds with secure cover. 1 garden furniture. 2 large tables to accommodate your meals, a large plancha. A ping pong table.
A large living room well arranged for your family board game and TV evenings. A dining room with a large rectangular table opening onto the terrace through a large window.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, an induction hob, sink, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and kettle. PGJyPg
Linen can be provided with an extra charge of 200€. A contribution to the cleaning is requested in the amount of 250 euros
Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis 2,500 euros per week and High season between 3500 euros and 5250 euros. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from 01 January 2024. It is based on the real regime of 2.31 euros per night and per adult.
The amount of the security deposit is 2000 € + a certificate of civil liability insurance will also be required.
