Enjoy an easy walk to Peak 9 lifts, Ski School, Main Street dining, shopping, nightlife, and year-round activities — while still being tucked away from the late-night crowds and noise of downtown. Many guests simply park once and enjoy Breckenridge entirely on foot.
Inside, the open-concept living space creates an easy flow for families and groups to gather after days on the mountain. Comfortable seating, warm mountain décor, a gas fireplace, and large windows create the kind of inviting atmosphere that makes people slow down, relax, and reconnect after skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring town.
The spacious fully stocked kitchen features quality appliances, generous counter space, and everything needed for family meals after the mountain. The primary king suite offers a peaceful place to recharge with a private ensuite bathroom and instant unlimited hot water — meaning no waiting for families or groups while getting ready for dinner or evenings out in Breck. The second bedroom combines a queen bed and bunk setup that works perfectly for families, kids, or ski trips with friends.
Additional comforts like radiant heat, high-speed WiFi, smart lock access, full-size in-unit laundry, and a gas fireplace make longer stays easy and stress-free. The washer and dryer are especially appreciated for refreshing and drying ski gear, mountain bike jerseys, and layers between adventures.
