About this apartment rental

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 guests. After an active day on the mountain, soak your tired muscles in the private hot tub on the private, outdoor deck. With a private washer and dryer in the condo, you can pack lighter and easily wash laundry while on vacation. Take advantage of parking one vehicle in the private garage, and head out without having to remove snow from your vehicle. This property is located in Breckenridge just off Main Street, so you're steps from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the lifts. Enjoy easy access to all nearby ski areas including Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone and Vail.

The living area comfortably seats 6 people and features a flat screen TV. You will also enjoy warming up by the gas fireplace. The couch pulls out into a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six, and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds with a flatscreen TV. The guest bathroom is just off of the main living area and offers a single sink vanity with granite countertops, and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Amenities in good condition. No issues in weeklong stay once the WiFi code was remedied—apparently a recent change. Garage door code panel didn’t work but that was a minor inconvenience—location, private hot tub, and layout were GREAT!!

The condo was in a great location to Main Street and Peak 9. We walked to dinner every night. The hot tub was an added bonus and the condo (while older) has been well maintained. The staff was very responsive to any questions. We would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a good set up for a family, two bedrooms two bathrooms, laundry, a full kitchen, a nice dining space and a nice living room. Unfortunately the king size bed frame was broken, which made for a pretty uncomfortable five nights at altitude. There are a lot of little things that took away from the experience a bit. The best part of this unit was the location as we were able to catch the bus right outside or we even just walked to the slopes. The management company was good to work with! Would I stay here again, probably not.
