Our single-level condo provides a fantastic home base for exploring local hiking and mountain biking trails, with a free shuttle stop nearby for easy transport. Fire up the gas grill on your private patio for an al fresco dinner, cook inside using the updated appliances, and relax in the shared outdoor pool or hot tub after a day of sunny mountain adventures.

Situated right on South Main Street, this unit puts you in the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer. Walk to restaurants, shops, and après-ski spots, or hop the free bus for quick access to outlying areas. In winter, hit the slopes via the nearby BreckConnect Gondola. Come summer, explore hiking and biking trails or attend festivals downtown.



Getting Around:

No car needed for most activities—walk to gondola, shops, and dining. The Breck Free Ride shuttle stops nearby and offers free access to the broader Breckenridge area. Garage parking available if you drive.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.



Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.



4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
