communication was authentic and well timed from Kirk. 2 parking spots with 1 in a garage. The condo location is great. We walked to dinner each night. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was nice. Very relaxing.

Kirk was a very gracious host and shared a lot of information about the property and activities in the area. He was very responsive any time I reached out with a question.

This property was great and as advertised. I have been traveling to Summit County for 30 years. This was the most immaculate property that I have stayed at. It was "eat off the floor" clean.It is very close within walking distance to the town of Breck as well as the base of Peak 9.The gentleman that owned the property was extremely communicative. I had a lot of questions before and during the trip. Kirk responded almost immediately to every question on his personal cell phone. He even took the time to text me during the week several time to make sure we were doing ok. He was by FAR the best host that I have ever had at any property over the years. I would definitely give his property 5 Stars and I would highly reccomend it to evreyone thinking of a vacation in Breck.
